Favorite Running Shoes Link Up

1. What brand and style are your favorite running shoes?

Asics Nimbus 14













 

2. Why are they your favorite?

I LOVE the arch support and the cushion... its so easy to run in these shoes... and they have purple and blue on them- the hubs and my favorite colors! :)

3. Have you had any bad experiences with other brands? Which ones do you avoid?

I got some Mizzunos that must have been for people with NO arch... horrible arch pain for a while..

4. Do you have more than one pair of running shoes for different types of workouts?

Not anymore- I was trying to branch out without going to Luke's Locker to get fitted. BAD idea- see #3!

5. Have you ever been fit for a shoe by a specialist? Did you find this helpful?

YES, see #4! :) It is the ONLY way to go!

I havent gotten a chance to upload pics from my holidays yet, but will tonight... I fell asleep on the couch watching the National Championship last night, a. it was boring and b. I didnt want either team to win... so I guess that happens!
